Be very very specific when you order or they will mess it up. I went over my order twice with the man on the phone and still it was messed up. I live close to the Guildford location and my food was cold when it arrived after a 45 min wait... it's a Tuesday evening. When I called to complain about my order being wrong and food being cold, they did not offer to fix anything and I had to fight with the lady (who barely spoke english, that seems to be the case with everyone working there) for almost 10 minutes to get new food sent to me. I am a very unsatisfied customer. I have never had such issues with a "not largely known chain (panago, pizza hut, ect)" before and will never order from them again! ..More Reviews
